Returns Policy
You may return most new, undamaged items within 14 days of receipt of the package for a full refund. Custom work may be the exception. Please check with us. Also know that our return rate is almost nil. You can buy from us with confidence and know that I will do everything in my power to make you satisfied with every purchase.
You should expect to receive your refund within a day or two of us receiving your return in good, saleable condition. Any damage may be deducted from your refund at our discretion. Please return the item(s) in the same packaging as you received it, packaged with equal care.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. We respectfully ask that you pay the return shipping unless the wrong merchandise was shipped or we were at fault in any other way. In that case we will pay the return shipping by Ground delivery only.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
We generally ship within three weeks. If it looks like longer you will be notified in advance. If you need your product more promptly, please just ask. We can usually accommodate rush orders. There may be a up-charge for rush orders, depending upon our work load at the time - and my mood ;)
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and size based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, the weight may be overinflated to arrive at a more realistic shipping charge. This is due to the fact that shippers use dimensional weight on most of our packages due to the size of the package. Please contact us if the shipping charge seems out of line. We will work with you to come up with an equitable amount.
