Can’t review what I never received
I ordered this product, my account was charged, the order was marked as shipped, and five weeks later, I still have nothing to show for it. I I finally received a kind call from someone at Lightcrafters, but I had already purchased a replacement product. Shame, as the product looked really cool.

Can’t review what I never received
I ordered this product, my account was charged, the order was marked as shipped, and five weeks later, I still have nothing to show for it. I have made multiple attempts to get shipping information and have even started a return in the effort to get my money back. I have heard nothing from anyone in almost a month. I suppose my next step will be to dispute the charges through my credit card issuer.
